On-going help & support

Once your solution has been built and fully implemented we provide on-going

help & support from our help desk in Bury. These services include unlimited

telephone support under an Annual Maintenance & Support Contract.

Our standard support contract covers the following services:

●  Responses to all requests for help & assistance

●  Solutions to software faults found in programs

●  Advice & guidance on the use of the software supplied

●  General advice & guidance on the operation of your system

●  Supply of service packs & free of charge upgrades

We can provide remote support of your system using PC Anywhere. Generally

we require all our customers to perform data integrity checks & full backups

on a regular basis. In the event of a database corruption this is resolved

by restoring the last good backup & reprocessing lost data. We can provide

database repair services but these are not covered under our standard

support contract.

Sage Accpac has an extensive support network & they provide us access to a

knowledge base to resolve known problems. We can raise problems with their

product support team & they will find a solution for us.
