User Training
Development of your solution will include User Training. We normally train on
a modular basis and develop a plan to meet your specific needs.
It is important that your staff gain confidence to operate Sage Accpac ERP &
know how to find help & assistance when required. Sage Accpac ERP includes
Sample Data and we normally build a Training Company using live data.
Training services can be provided at our office or on-site. User training is
given to enable staff to become familiar with all Sage Accpac modules.
Training sessions are tailored to meet user requirements with emphasis on
the practical operation of the system. We often use real data so that staff
can easily relate to the training we give them.
Further training is then given to enable staff to "go live" with the system. After
a period of operation we can provide refresher & advanced training for selected
users. You can identify areas of the system that require more training & we will
develop a course to meet your specific needs.
It is important that the users understand how to operate the system properly
to get the best out of what has been developed.
